LEHIGHTON – Rep. Doyle Heffley (R-Carbon) today announced two constituent outreach opportunities for July.

Please note: Offices will be closed Monday, July 3, and Tuesday, July 4. Offices will reopen at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5.

An outreach specialist from the American Legion will be at Heffley’s Lehighton district office on Thursday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The office is located at 110 North Third St., Second Floor. Area veterans may seek assistance during those hours for information pertaining to specific benefits and programs. Veterans do not need to be a member of the American Legion to take advantage of these services. Call Heffley’s office at 610-377-6363 to schedule an appointment.

In addition, outreach hours for U.S. Congressman Lou Barletta (R-Hazleton) will be offered this month in Heffley’s Albrightsville district office on Tuesday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to noon.

The office is located at 2681 State Route 903, Unit 3 in Albrightsville. These hours are intended to provide answers for people with questions best addressed by the federal government. Call Heffley’s Albrightsville office at 570-722-8700 to schedule an appointment.
