Doyle Heffley spoke in support of Senate Bill 382, legislation that was introduced in response to PennDOT’s $2.2 billion Pathways P3 road and bridge tolling project, which includes several interstate bridges in his region. The proposal would bring a halt to the process and allow for more time to work out an alternative to tolling. The committee voted to send the bill to the full House for consideration.
